Most returns can be avoided before you make your purchase. Please call our knowledgeable appliance specialists for more information. Sometimes issues cannot be avoided, so we are here to help you if they arise.
Damaged Shipments: Inspect your appliance before accepting delivery.
All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Unlike smaller purchases, appliances are delicate and have many parts that are sensitive to rough handling. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery.
Defective Merchandise: Plug in your appliance ASAP to make sure it operates properly.
It is important that you install your appliance as soon as you can to make sure it operates properly. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery that is not due to shipping damages, please contact customer support within 24 hours of receipt.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: To avoid having to return items, please read all item specifications before purchase, and call us with any questions prior to placing your order.
Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of accepting delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Removal and pick up charges may apply.
- Items returned within 5 days of accepting delivery will avoid a restocking fee.
- Items that are returned due incorrect sizing are subject to an additional delivery fee.
- Seasonal items, i.e., air conditioners and dehumidifiers must be returned in original manufacturer packaging.
- Trim kits, panels, blowers, hoods, handles and any other accessories are non-returnable and a final sale.
- After 30 days, all sales are final.
- We are not responsible for any missing, incorrect, or damaged products delivered more than 30 days after receipt.
- Keith's Appliances reserves the right to refuse returns.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Price Match Guarantee
Keith’s Appliances monitors our competitor’s pricing daily to offer you the best price available in the marketplace. If you find a lower-priced product from a Local Authorized Retailer, we will meet or beat the competitor’s price with valid documentation. Please provide an active link to a website or a quote on the company’s letterhead. Product must be the same brand, model number, finish, order total, and shipping to qualify. The product must be in stock with the matched price in brand new condition with Manufacturer's packaging and a full Manufacturer Warranty.
Price matching is only available at the time of sale. Prices will not be adjusted after your order is placed. Blow-outs, doorbusters, close-outs, clearance, discontinued, out of stock, open-box, used, display, scratch-n-dent, refurbished, returned, or damaged items do not qualify for price matching. Services, extended service plans, parts, and accessories are excluded from our price match guarantee. Price matching cannot be combined with other coupons and discounts offered. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Sales Tax: Orders will be charged 6.35% sales tax in CT and 7% sales tax in RI.
