I was in need of a new refrigerator and had heard great things about Keith's. I visited the Mystic location a week ago and spoke with Joe who made the whole process easy and quick. Joe showed me several different models, explained the benefits and features of all of them. In ten minutes I had my new refrigerator picked out, paid for and delivery was set up in a few days. When they arrived with my new refrigerator well, that's when the fun began. The old water line was worn out and could not be removed without leaking.i called and talked to Floyd in service and explained my situation. I called a plumber who was at my house in thirty minutes and installed a new water line I called Floyd back with the update and he was able to reschedule the delivery later in the day. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance. Great service and price and employees that go out of their way to ensure thee customer is satisfied. I will be purchasing a new stove in a few months and it will be from Keith's I c

When our dishwasher decided to die, I knew I had to act fast. A broken dishwasher is a recipe for disaster in our house! I called Keith's Appliance and they were fantastic. Within 2 days they had a brand new dishwasher installed and my wife was back to her happy self (which means I am too!). The entire process was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the installation team was quick and efficient. I was especially impressed with how quickly they were able to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Keith's Appliance to anyone in need of a new appliance.

Don’t buy from a big box store that will not stand behind their products, come to Keith’s who will match the prices, offers a military discount and will do all their own service so you don’t have to wait for 3 weeks for someone out of NY to service your refrigerator. I’ve learned my lesson, no more big box stores, Keith’s appliances all the way!

My first time experience with Keith’s appliances what is five star experience, friendly and professional Knowledge of the products. And comparing others appliances, which I was looking at and which would be the best buck for. I was told the service department works right from the store off a maintenance plan that would not hurt my wallet. I’m very impressed with the store cleanliness and a variety of appliances that they had available. I would recommend to anybody. To take a look at this store and you’ll be really impressed. No pressure sales also.

Just had a refrigerator installed Friday. Our old one died and we needed a fridge ASAP. Keith's had the one we wanted in their warehouse. I called on Tuesday and we had our fridge on Friday thanks to the efforts of the salesperson we spoke with (Rich?). The staff was outstanding upon entering the showroom. They answered all of the questions I had on the washer I was looking at. Once I purchased my washer the loading dock assistant was helpful placing the new washer in my truck. I would definitely return for future appliance purchases. It was easier than any Home Depot purchase.

I purchased a washing machine on Thursday in Mystic. This is my second experience purchasing an appliance at Keith’s in the past year. The store is very well staffed. Linná helped me decide which washer to buy. She was very knowledgeable about the various brands and models. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me all of the models that met my interest. The whole process took about 30 minutes start to finish. So easy and the price was great. No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. My new washer will arrive in a few days and I can’t wait to try it out. I will be back the next time I’m in need of a new appliance. I love shopping local!
