Very satisfied with fridge. Nice quiet operation holds temperatures even though out interior. Upper ice maker and water dispenser work well. Ours also has the craft ice maker below. It did quit making ice after the first 3 monthsbut customer service was helpful and speedy getting us to a local service technician who replaced the craft ice unit and it works fine now.

I have had my new fridge for 2 months and I love it I wasnt expecting to like the separate door on the front but now it is a winner in my eyes. I like having the option of regular ice up on top and round craft ice down below. I use the craft ice with company drinks and for my water container for school. LGs design for ice up on top is far superior than Samsungs

My husband and I really love the layout and features of the refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom and drawer between the freezer and fridge. The craft ice cubes are a great addition. We especially love the light that comes on when you knock on the door so you can see whats inside without opening the door. You can customize the coolness options for different foods.

Bought this in Fridge in October and it is very nice. Great features and the craft ice is wonderful. Enjoying it. Until it started making loud banging noises when craft ice maker is functioning. Put a request for service under warranty and got an email with a whole bunch of noises its not making and how to fix them. But never addressed the issue I am having nor provided any way to respond that the fixes they provided did not work.

Milk spoils if stored in door due to poor cooling

The refrigerator looks great and I really like the option of having the drawer be either a refrigerator or freezer. Unfortunately there is a cooling issue where the InstaView door section is approx. 5-6 degrees warmer than the interior section. If you set the refrigerator temp to standard 37 degrees the door section can get to 42-43 degrees which causes milk to spoil. The only option is to make the interior section really cold at 33 to get the door section to be around 38-39. The local LG technician Kenneth stated this is normal due to the LG design of the refrigerator.

Im on my 2nd repair of this featured addition its now back ordered and could be months also did some research LG is very aware of this flaw but have yet to come up with a solution so for all intents and purposes its a great refrigerator but until the fix the flaw Id buy the version without craft ice if I were to do it again

We have continued problems with both ice makers that the warranty people havent been able to resolve yet. The regular ice maker stopped working completely about 3 months ago and every so often the craft ball maker makes loud thumping noises.

We have had this product for one year. Great refrigerator overall but the craft ice maker quit 5 months after our purchase. Had this not happened I would give this product a 5 star rating. Also the factory dropped the ball on repairing this problem. Warranty repair on this product was non existent.

The space in both the Refrigerator and freezer is very abundant. This appliance replaces a Side by Side which prevents the storage of anything that is too wide. The features of this LG with two ice makers is fantastic. I love the Craft Ice The WIFI connection to the app is also a brilliant feature.

This fridge is HUGE and I love how much I can keep in it. A place for everything and everything in its place. The convert a drawer is perfect for drinks and kids snacks - they can reach it and. It always asking for things. The freezer top pull out sun is perfect for ice cream cakes and stopping the black hole of freezer baskets. The viewing door is perfect for figuring out whats where and its great for grab and go items - not opening the entire fridge door for a lil more cereal milk. And the craft ice - amazing

VERY SLOW ice maker

Ice should be made every 1.5 hours however after 3 tests it is only making ice every 2.6 hours. Ridiculous considering how small the cube are. I have had 4 service calls 2 of which they called towards the end on the appointment window and said they could not make it and they say it is working fine. NO they need to check the computer that tells the ice to dump. I have checked and the ice is ready in the 1.5 hour window but it does not dump the ice.
