Performance is good. Mop feature is good. I just wish I had a furniture accessory. I called to purchase one and was told they dont have them anymore. I like the ease of a stick vacuum. Its a little bit lighter than the Dyson. I also just purchased an LG washer and dryer.

Bought this to replace my dead Dyson that I had a lot of problems with. I love this vacuum so far. My only complaint is that YOU CANT BUY THE SMALLER POWERED BRUSH FOR IT ANYWHERE please make this available and then this vacuum would be perfect.

Got this for the mop attachment only to find out that attachment sucks. Not only did it not work right out of the box but the water reservoir broke a month after having it. I do like the vacuum part of it but I bought it for the map function.... :

I have been using the vacuum cleaner for over a year. It sucks the dirt very well. unfortunately the power nozzle went bad in less than 6 months. However LG was replaced with free of cost though I informed them after the warranty period. good people in service. The only disadvantage I felt Power nozzle can be used only on carpets. I have to buy another compatible Nozzle to use on a hard floor. I suggest to LG make a product it can be used on both Carpet and Hard floors. Otherwise I am happy with Vaccum.

Pros are the light weight docking station dont have to mount on a wall and two batteries. Also found the selection of attachments to be very good. Had high hopes for the turbo feature to deep clean my shag carpets but the suction doesnt seem powerful enough for this.

Bought for my mom who has arthritis and recently had mastectomy so she cant use her giant Oreck vacuum anymore. Pretty lightweight and very easy to change the attachments and battery kudos for the extra battery. Suction power on normal mode feels lacking but should be fine for light jobs. Increased power modes feel better for medium jobs and since she is in a 1 bedroom condo with no pets or kids it does the job great without battery issues. Mopping attachment requires some getting used to.

My husband bought this for me because it was light and adjustable height. The problem with this vacuum is that the pick up on floors is awful. I have to keep picking up the vacuum and placing it over the dirt. The worse thing about this vacuum is the dust cup opens up by itself dropping out the dirt. Wish I could have returned this vacuum I hate it.

I bought this unit more than a year ago and use it every week. It does an excellent job of cleaning and collects lots of dust etc. I am very happy with the unit. One feature that needs fixing is the round device used to clear the silver round tube gets dislodged and it is hard to fix it back

This is about a year old and the kids are always eager in pitching in and doing the chores sometimes even fighting about whole is going to vacuum what The suction is great and easily cleaned. Spare filter makes one always available after washing the other. Cleans up dog hair on carpet and laminate flooring. Does great on mop mode with ceramic tile as well. Have indoor potted plants that the dog likes to drag around and cleans up the soil very well. Wi-fi lets us know when its done charging. Also app allows us to see how often this is used.

This is the best vacuum clean I have ever owned. I love that it is lightweight yet powerful. Battery powered is so much easier than dragging around a cord. I can vacuum my car vacuum all my different types of floors and then use it to mop. So versatile. There are also a multitude of attachments although I have not used all of them yet. The only small thing I do not like is having the dry out the mop pads before storing. This is just a minor inconvenience. I also like the way the battery charges on the stand.

I purchased this vacuum/wet mop because I needed a high quality powerful lightweight cleaning solution that would allow me to keep up with floor cleaning without exacerbating the pain from 3 spinal injuries and be easy to use when my movement disorder flares. It has been a great purchase. The only thing I wish it had was a way to turn the brush roller off for use on hardwood and tile surfaces. It can push heavier debris out of the back cleaning head if its not centered near the intake. Would I purchase it again? Absolutely. Doubt I will ever need to.

I bought this 2 years ago as I contemplated btw this and a dyson v12 stick vaccum. I ended us getting this as it had the mop feature and 2/3 the price of the dyson. Battery power is still running great unlike the dyson reviews ive read but the cons are that the compressor function frequently fails to compress all the particles from the top of the canister and gets stuck when long hair is usually involved. The suction power honestly could use improvement as well. I have to run over dirt back and forth numerous times strategically or else itll get stuck in the wheels on the head. Its fairly light weight and so it gets used well on numerous floors easy. I obviously wouldnt use it to do heavy cleanup like my dyson canister but for the light easy cleanups its good enough.

This is my first high-quality vacuum and while its much MUCH better than a cheap stick vac from Target it really doesnt stack up to comparably priced vacuums especially on hardwood and with pets.
Even with a freshly cleaned filter the vacuum only picks up about 50 of pet hair. Ive been pretty disappointed with the lack of suction especially when using attachments. I wish Id gone with the Dyson.

I bought it one and half month ago because my old Dyson cordless vacuum dies after less than 5 min working. Some of my friends using LG A9 recommended buying LG. I am satisfied with A9 with mop. It is much quieter than Dyson it has two batteries and mine has a mop to clean my wood floor easily and easy to handle all accessories in one place. I am happy whenever I use it.

I needed a new vacuum as I was tired of my Dyson constantly failing no matter how clean I kept it and changed the filters. We have 4 cats two dogs a toddler and two man children in the household. This vacuum lives up to our every day lives. Theres no trigger to constantly hold and I love that I can extend it and make it taller. My 64 husband has no problem using it and now no excuse to not use it because it isnt small Our 56 roommate can also use and not say its too big. The filters are really easy to clean. The canister empties effortlessly and I love the lever that pushes debris out. We have no even had to use the second battery. I can clean my entire house on one battery with extra to spare.

Love the convenience of this vacuum it is lightweight and it handles fine dirt and dog hair. But I have to tape the bin shut because it broke within a couple of months of use. LG support sent me a box to return my vacuum for repair and this review is being made while Im waiting for my vacuum to be returned. Im disappointed that the vacuum broke so early.

Bough this unit to replace a Dyson that died out after just a few years and multiple batteries. This unit comes with 2 batteries already and a dual rotating mop attachment. The vacuum works great 5 stars for sure long life light easy set up and maintenance. However the mop did not spray any water. I got a replacement under warranty and it too does not spray the water out. Im have to wonder what I may be doing wrong but there is nothing to the directions that says otherwise. Maybe someone has had this issue and knows how to get it to work but I cant find much online.

The compact and smart design of this cleaning tool is amazing. Its light weight very quiet running easy to empty the canister easy to carry upstairs to my 2nd floor. Unlike the Dyson it replaces the cleaning tools are easy to attach and use. The design of the wet mop feature is pure genius. Im very pleased with this purchase. I used this vacuum on wood carpet rugs tile and linoleum floors. Ive used all three settings for each floor type and also used the mop. The high power mode picks up dirt just as good as a plugin vac. If you clean your place weekly you likely will not need to use the highest power each time. Hair doesnt seem to get wound up in spindle brush much to none like some other vacs Ive used. The head articulates to be able to get in very tight places. I do wish they included a light on vacuum nozzle. The light on mop nozzle could be wider spread instead concentrating on mostly the center. Battery life on medium setting is not too bad for average size house. If you stay on high you will use both batteries for average sized house. The mop really doesnt take too much power at all. You will run out of water before running down the battery. I like that this vac doesnt need to be hanged on wall and can fit the attachments on the stand. The wifi tells you when the batteries are charged and gives you usage as long its in the same house and wifi. If you happen to use your vac for a different house and not same wifi then it will not track usage. I think LG should add tracking if you happen to be off wifi. I havent washed the filters yet. It would be nice to able to replace the HEPA filter rather than replacing the whole top piece of plastic with filter. Supposedly you can wash this filter though. Well see. I do think LG should come out with a larger capacity battery option for people with larger houses. The vacuum head might be too small for larger houses. The universal nozzle that comes with the vacuum goes sidewise when sweeping a dense rug like a Persian rug. This vacuum is supposed to be able to use the Hard Floor and Bedding nozzles but looking on LGs website they seem to be unavailable. The mopping is good for very minor smudges on the floor. It really doesnt scrub. Its something they could improve or innovate on maybe add ultrasonic mode like toothbrushes. And or add a steam nozzle. I doubt any other spinning floor mop does any better though. All the other manufactures seem to be relatively the same design. There are couple that include vacuuming while mopping which would save one step. You can only use water for the mop. Water is usually good enough for most stains. You can up the game using oxygenated water like Zerowater. So overall its a good product and I would recommend it for average house or spot cleaning. Sure there could be improvements made but its still a good product.

I bought this for my 92 year old mom because it is light and the wand is adjustable. It s not powerful at all. it is ok for surface cleaning rugs and floors but if I go over her rug with my own stick vaacuum a different brand I get a ton more dirt. I would only recommend this for an older person like my mom who does not have the strength to use anything heavier

I purchased this at end Nov and received mid Dec. it was working great with great suction and we use twice to three times a week. Havent used the mop function yet. It now will not hold a charge at all on either battery and makes this exceleration noise and then just shuts off. All filters clean and free from debris. Disputed on my credit card today as Im tired of just throwing it away and buying another something especially less than 3 mos out

Yes grood. Good almost great. Suction is the down fall. Would like a little more. After using dyson their boost has more. But like this offers more than two speeds. Also that it resets to low speed every time is nice. Wanted to try something new and the fact they give you two batteries is awesome. Since battery is why I was looking for something other than Dyson. Would have been nice to have one more attachment I like the ones with more soft material with the bristles.
