Perfect Turkey is Just That

I bought this range to replace my original 1960's cooktop. Initially I was attracted by the sytle and quality, but I have been impressed by the cooking performance. To be honest, I have yet to try even half of the various cooking cycles (there are so many). That said, the Perfect Turkey cycle is amazing. I cooked an 18 lbs turkey in 3 hours and it was the best turkey I have ever had. Everyone at dinner had seconds and thirds. The turkey also looked amazing. When it came out of the oven, it looked like a movie prop. The min to max burner is also great for simmering soups.
