Powerhouse little air conditioner that will fit in window or standard wall box.No extras, no remote. Simple dials for fan setting and cooling setting. No digital readout.If you want one that has a settable temp that then get another model.Straight forward and does the job.give it five stars if you could set the temp.

I brought this air conditioner in Feb. 2019 not too nosey and cool a room fast.The only problem is when I turn on the unit I always use low cool but I have to turn on the control knob from high cool first to turn on the unit turning the knob three times to reach low cool. it a great product

I am very unhappy with my purchase. I called to say the air conditioner was not blowing any cool air and was told that the air conditioner was too big for my room. I purchased a 10000 BTU for a 18 x15 size room
