We are currently looking for a Full time Associate in our Mystic Location. Our sales positions require outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, the ability to meet and set goals, and a desire to succeed. Duties associated with this position are:
- Greet customers immediately in store, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Aid customers in purchasing merchandise in store, online, and via phone.
- Builds relationships with customers to create repeat sales, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Become familiar with products, brands and prices and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs. Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by adding items to the close of the sale.
- Provide quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.
- Price and tag items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedure.
- Develop proficiency in operating our Point of Sale System for all sales transactions, buys, returns, etc.
- When receive payments from customers, provide customers with appropriate receipts, and go over our store policies for each transaction.
- Provide continued customer service after the point of purchase by keeping customers informed on the status of their order.
- Take a proactive customer service approach by initiating conversations with customers to answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
- Handle merchandise returns and/or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
- Attend store meetings and training sessions as requested.
- Answer telephone according to phone procedures in a professional and enthusiastic manner. *
- Maintain a neat and orderly store and work space at all times.*

- 1-3 years’ experience working with customers face to face preferred
- College Degree Preferred
