Duties associated with this position are:

  • You will work directly with our customers via telephone, in person and email.
  • Fielding all service department phone calls
  • Booking appointments with customers
  • Coordinate and provide schedules for technicians
  • Data entry between multiple computer programs
  • Processing customer payments
  • Learning the duties of the Service manager in order to assist with the overall performance of the service department

Required Skills for this position are:

  • Solid Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment without sacrificing customer service.

Appliance Home Delivery and Installation Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Drives delivery trucks safely to deliver appliances to consumer homes.
  • Uses proper lifting and maneuvering techniques to load appliance orders both into, and, off of, assigned trucks.
  • Installs appliances inside consumers homes properly and as directed.
  • Cleans off delivery truck as needed.
  • Prepares delivery paperwork.
  • Uses dispatching app to communicate between the office and the delivery team.
  • Performs general warehouse duties as assigned and/or needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
  • Valid professional driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good driving record with no traffic violations.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Experience driving a box truck.

We are currently looking for a Full time Associate in our Mystic Location. Our sales positions require outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, the ability to meet and set goals, and a desire to succeed. Duties associated with this position are:

  • Greet customers immediately in store, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Aid customers in purchasing merchandise in store, online, and via phone.
  • Builds relationships with customers to create repeat sales, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Become familiar with products, brands and prices and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs. Maximize sales and customer satisfaction by adding items to the close of the sale.
  • Provide quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.
  • Price and tag items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedure.
  • Develop proficiency in operating our Point of Sale System for all sales transactions, buys, returns, etc.
  • When receive payments from customers, provide customers with appropriate receipts, and go over our store policies for each transaction.
  • Provide continued customer service after the point of purchase by keeping customers informed on the status of their order.
  • Take a proactive customer service approach by initiating conversations with customers to answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
  • Handle merchandise returns and/or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
  • Attend store meetings and training sessions as requested.
  • Answer telephone according to phone procedures in a professional and enthusiastic manner. *
